Between Bradford Forster Square and Ilkley

Description

On Thursday 8 February, a landslip occurred near Baildon, between Shipley and Ilkley.

Network Rail are on site and are working to rectify the issue. Whilst work is ongoing, the line through Baildon is closed.

Trains running between Bradford Forster Square and Ilkley will be cancelled, or revised.

Disruption is expected until Sunday 30 June.

Customer advice:

Train services are unable to run between Ilkley and Bradford Forster Square, in both directions.

Services that run between Ilkley and Leeds, and between Bradford Forster Square and Leeds are not affected.

Rail replacement transport is in operation between Shipley and Guiseley, calling at Baildon in both directions.

Please note that journey times will be extended by approximately 30 minutes when travelling using rail replacement transport.

Season tickets / train passes for the Ilkley - Bradford Forster Square route are valid on Skipton - Bradford Forster Square services.
