Viewing the Maps
We offer a range of downloadable maps as .pdf files, to view or print some of our maps you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- On an A4 page, a map (especially the one for the whole of Great Britain) can appear rather small. However, the Acrobat Reader enables you to zoom to a smaller area, and then view and print it at increased magnification. In this case, you will need to cancel the 'fit to page' option on the Print menu.
- The time to download a map will depend both on its size (shown in kilobytes) and on the speed of your Internet connection. In some cases this may be several minutes.
