Bedfordshire Concessionary Travel Scheme
Luton Borough Council
St Albans District Council
Hertsmere Borough Council.

The offer is available after 1000 Monday to Friday or at any time at weekends or Bank Holidays and maybe used on East Midlands Trains services between Bedford and Luton. Customers using this offer may also use the Kids for a Quid offer.
